A little bit about the person behind the name.
Matt Leigh
Matt began building guitars in 2013 when he attended a guitar building workshop run by luthier David Searle (DJS Guitars), and the obsession began. Leigh Guitars was officially started in 2017 after obsessively and passionately honing his skills, and in 2019, became a regular exhibitor at the Lost Trades Fair. Operating out of a small workshop at his Melbourne home, he is constantly building and designing guitars that are of the highest quality, whilst still being affordable to the everyday player.
